John Mark began his investment industry career in 1998 with UBS Wealth Management, where he has served as a Financial Advisor and Senior Vice President. He came to Stifel in 2025. John Mark holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington along with Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses.
John Mark specializes in investment planning strategies that align with the needs and aspirations of individuals and families. His experience spans a wide range of areas, including portfolio design, risk management strategies, retirement planning, tax planning strategies, estate planning strategies, and efficient wealth transfer. John Mark is committed to ongoing education and staying current with market trends and regulatory changes to give him the best possible opportunity of providing the most relevant and effective guidance to his clients.
Outside the office, John Mark is passionate about giving back to his community and is actively involved in ministries at Friendly Baptist Church in Tyler, Texas, where he contributes his time and resources. John Mark and his wife, Crystal, have been married for nearly three decades and have three beautiful children. In his free time, John Mark enjoys outdoor activities and cherishes quality time with his family and friends.
Hannah Grace began her career interning at UBS Wealth Management in 2022 before moving with the team to Stifel in 2025. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in Communications. While at college, she served as events coordinator and later secretary for Young Women for America in the collegiate chapter of Concerned Women for America. After graduating, Hannah Grace continued her involvement with Concerned Women for America by participating in advocacy and community outreach.
Outside the office, Hannah Grace is actively involved with Friendly Baptist Church in Tyler, Texas.
Crystal began her financial services career at UBS Wealth Management in 2024 and moved to Stifel in 2025. She earned an A.S. in Business Administration from Finger Lakes Community College. As a Client Service Associate, Crystal strives to create a seamless experience for clients, and she brings a detail-oriented, client-focused approach to supporting the team’s operations. She takes pride in building relationships, anticipating account-related client needs, and working to maintain a high standard of professionalism in client interactions.
Outside of work, Crystal is actively involved in her church and community. She volunteers regularly with the Parent Teacher Organization and enjoys supporting both teachers and students by helping in the classroom. Crystal and her husband, Eric, are proud members of Green Acres Baptist Church, where they find joy in faith and fellowship. The couple is blessed with four children and a granddaughter. Crystal enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, supporting her children at their various sporting events, and a sunny day at the beach.
